Elecom announced an interesting memory card reader today- one with a magnetic backing. This simple change allows the card reader to mount to your computer’s case or other nearby metal objects (under desk mini-fridge?!) and thus be stored neatly out of the way. The bright colors look pretty stylish too. Is it worth $27? Probably not. You could just but a stick on magnet to attach to any other memory card reader out there and get the exact same benefits. But the idea is a good one.
