The USB Arrow Mouse sort of makes sense (although clearly not from any type of ergonomic standpoint). You do use your mouse to control an arrow on the screen, so why not make the mouse in the shape of the arrow? Ok, the logic is a bit fuzzy but at the very least there is some sort of relationship between the arrow shape and the mouse. You could do worse for a $12 USB mouse.
