Acer has had success with their 8 inch line of Aspire One netbooks so it was only natural they would expand the line to a 10 inch version. This Intel Atom 1.6 Ghz N280/N270 based portable computer has 1 Gb Ram, a 160 Gb hard drive, wifi, bluetooth, optional 3G, a SDHC card reader, webcam and 3 USB ports. It also has a multi-touch touchpad in addition to the 10.1″ screen.

An interesting feature aimed at the modder/DIY/upgrading community is that the bottom consists of a series of panels that each open to access their respective components. Look for the 10 inch Acer Aspire One in stores soon.
