Wearable Japanese Space Toilet

The Japanese, always ahead of us in toilet technology are working on a wearable toilet for outer space. Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) is designing a toilet, expected to be ready in 5 years, that is worn around the astronaut’s waist at all times. When the astronaut has to go, sensors automatically turn on a rear-mounted suction hose to remove the waste. Then an automatic washer and dryer cleans you up. When I was a kid I wanted to go to space…now.. not so much.
