Super Mario Inspired Headboard

Swedish Designer Myrica Bergquist created this Super Mario Headboard that was inspired by a popular video game you might have heard of. (Hint: not Pac-Man.) It’s definitely a bit of a more abstract take on Super Mario but that’s a good thing because a literal interpretation of the game into a headboard wouldn’t look quite so attractive, modern and sophisticated like this headboard does. The headboard is made of acrylic and costs 2700 sek (Swedish kronor) or about $343 at current exchange rates. Which seems pretty reasonably priced to me, except that I’m sure it’s not cheap to ship such a large parcel from Sweden to the U.S.
