Unlike Mac laptops with the magsafe cord that is designed to be yanked out accidentally, most PC laptops can potentially be damaged if the power cord is jerked out in a rough manner. The Jerkstopper plugs into any available port on your laptop (USB, modem, or network) and holds onto your cable to stop it from being unplugged. It costs $10 and would be well worth it if you’re the type that constantly trips (or has dogs or kids who do) over your cord. Not available in the jerk store (they called by the way, they’re all out of you!).
