Unlike Mac laptops with the magsafe cord that is designed to be yanked out accidentally, most PC laptops can potentially be damaged if the power cord is jerked out in a rough manner. The Jerkstopper plugs into any available port on your laptop (USB, modem, or network) and holds onto your cable to stop it from being unplugged.
