It’s a remote control battle for Pokemon dominance. It’s a R/C Pokemon Pikachu. Let Pikachu roll around and annoy everyone except you (am I the only one that finds Pikachu very annoying?) That’s the genius of the R/C, the Pokemon is rolling away from you. As Bette Midler sang…from a distance… He (she? it?) measures about four and half inches tall.
