Umbrella with Forecasting Handle

The forecasting umbrella concept from Materious takes all the guesswork out of whether or not you need to bring the umbrella with you when you leave the house. No longer will you be a fool in the rain, or an umbrella holding fool in the sun. The base is connected via WiFi and it sends a signal to the handle. Depending upon the forecast for the day, the handle will change to the appropriate color, alerting you about your precipitation protection needs for the day. The more intense the handle glows, the more likely you will need to bring the umbrella with you.
