16943 TV Goes Both Ways

The 16943 television concept can go both ways. The TV is designed so that depending upon what type of program you are watching you always have the correct aspect ratio and the picture fills your screen. The TV can display video image ratios of both 16:9 and 4:3 (hence the name 16943). It’s sort of impractical and will never be produced, but an interesting concept nevertheless.
