The PunchLight is an interesting lighting concept by designers Jun Bum Park and Kim Jin Sook that will also reduce your stress levels. You can let it all out by punching the punching bag which will in turn light up every time you punch it. If your stress levels are anything light mine (and you too have a Mike Tyson right hook) then we could probably light up the whole neighborhood getting some stress relief.
