Hangers with Built in Clothespins

I’m finding it difficult to believe that something this simple doesn’t already exist as a product but the Quara Hanger was recently awarded a bronze at the International Design Excellence Awards, so maybe it doesn’t. This hanger allows you optimize space on your clothes line while avoiding hanger marks. It ensures adequate drying of all kinds of garments and reduces ironing time. Could you make this at home by simple attaching a clothespin to a hanger? I don’t see why not.
