This might look just like a full-sized Space Invaders Cocktail Cabinet style video game but it’s not! It’s actually a miniature replica from Takara Tomy that’s a bank. The coin slot on the right can hold up to 80 Japanese 100 Yen coins and the top is unfortunately not playable but is instead an LCD coin counter. Each time you put a coin in, another Space Invader is added to the screen so you can visually track your progress towards the bank being full. This is one probably the one instance where you’d want to see more invaders on your screen! Cool bank.
