The perCushion from UrbanTool is a pillow with an embedded microphone, speaker, bluetooth receiver and volume controls to allow you to receive phone calls without ever getting out of bed. The pillow has 300 hours of standby time and an 8 hour battery life. While it does look like a pretty good looking pillow, at over $500, you’re probably better off just stashing a standard bluetooth headset into your own pillow and calling it a day.

This might be great for the very ill to enable them to communicate freely.
