Cats kinda do what they want, when they want. By “kinda” we mean always. And that usually involves climbing on top your table at the most inopportune times. With the CATable, designed by Ruan Hao of Lycs Architecture, you are free to actually use your table for human stuff because the cat can hang out INSIDE the table. The table has nooks and crannies for your cat to sleep, play, and bring small dead animals into.
Unlike other furniture we’ve presented that is designed for cats to crawl through (**cough cough** the cat tunnel couch ***cough**), this one actually looks like a well designed modern piece of furniture that would fit right in most homes.
Even if you don’t have a cat (or have a cat that hides under the bed whenever anyone is around so you practically don’t have a cat), this table looks pretty sleek. Maybe you could stash your cell phone in there while eating dinner or something. (via freshome)
