Jason Hull creates these fantastic nightlights out of vintage 1950’s and 1960’s film cameras. He doesn’t modify rare or expensive cameras, but the lightweight plastic ones produced in massive numbers during that time period and now available on the cheap at garage sales and elsewhere.
They are the perfect size for a nightlight. Looks like he rigs them up so the flashcube is where the actual light comes out of. Jason sells them occasionally on his Etsy shop for about $60 a piece. Cool reuse for a vintage item.
