Virgin Media has erected a 15 by 12 foot billboard in London made entirely out of cheese. British food artist Prudence Staite created this big cheese billboard over an 8 day period with a staff of 13. She used 10 varieties of local cheeses (hopefully no stinky cheeses!) totaling 242 pounds of dairy goodness. What cheese has to do with Internet service, we’ll probably never know. But I do know this- locals better pray that there’s no freak heat wave coming in the next few days or this will be one droopy mess.
