Humpday Gadget Giveaway: R2D2 LED Flashlight Keychain- ENDED

CONTEST ENDED- CONGRATS TO JENNIFER B:

Wasssup Star Wars geeks, we’ve a great gadget prize to give out this week for our humpday spectacular. First off congrats to Erika, the randomly chosen winner of last week’s USB Aromatherapy Oil Burner sweepstakes.

This week’s prize IS the droid you’ve been looking for- it’s R2D2, and he’s a flashlight:

This 2.75″ Artoo has an uberbright light coming from his head projector. Just press the button on top and R2’s light shines as bright as both the suns of Tatoonine. Comes with both a cell phone strap and ball keychain strap. Fight the Dark Side with an LED light. This looks to be a Japanese import, as the writing on the back of the packaging is all Japanese.

To win, you should subscribe to our RSS Feed or our once daily email and then leave a comment below. Every week we will have different, cool, unique (and valuable) gadgets to give away and you don’t want to miss out! (if you’re already subscribed- thanks- just leave a comment)

The rules:

  1. This sweepstakes will run now through Tuesday March 30, 2010 10pm Eastern time.
  2. One entry per person (yes we can tell if you enter more than once).
  3. We will choose one winner at random from one of the comments below.
  4. This contest is open to residents of the US only.
  5. Entrants may NOT use this gadget for purposes of helping the Galactic Empire, the Dark Side of the Force, or the Imperial Army in any way shape or form.
  6. If you’re on Twitter (all the cool kids are) why not follow CraziestGadgets Twitter and retweet this?
  7. Be sure to leave a valid email when you comment so we can contact you if you win.
  8. Your email won’t be visible to other visitors on the site and will ONLY be used to contact the winner.
  9. Good luck! And may the Force be with you.

  1. If you remove the carbonized rod and squint just right, maybe Princess Leia will appear in the projected beam.

    Beep, beep, boop!

  2. the flashlight is really cute!!!! I wonder if 30 years from now, it will be worth lots of money!!!!

  3. I want one, as long as there’s no rocket propulsion. R2 units do not feature rocket propulsion systems!

  4. I like it, as long as it’s from the older movies where he still has some personality in him.

  5. I promise I won’t be helping the Galactic Empire, the Dark Side of the Force, or the Imperial Army in any way shape or form.
