Only Slightly Confusing: Cassette Tape iPod Speaker

Here’s yet another example of using a retro gadget as an accessory to a modern one. This Cassette Tape iPod Speaker is only confusing in name only- it’s simply a speaker that looks like a cassette tape. It’s retro-cool. I’m sure the sound isn’t really all that- probably about as good as you’d expect from an ironic novelty gadget like this. But I’m sure it’ll be a hit with the Urban Outfitters crowd. Since it plugs in with a 3.5 mm audio jack, you can use it for any gadget with a headphone jack- iPod, CD player, even a cassette player (now that’s confusing). Costs $20.
