Now that summer is almost here, it’s difficult to get yourself in shape for skiing. So off-slope training is the way to go. The SkyTec Interactive Ski Trainer is the latest and greatest. It works like a sideways Nordic Track or something like that, allowing you to swoosh from side to side, accurately simulate the motion of either skiing or snowboarding.
You can plug it into a big-screen TV for a simulation or just get a tough workout. The machine can simulate bumps and irregularities like a real ski slope all the while giving you an intense workout and teaching you to keep your legs parallel for proper technique.
