How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $50 and a flat rate of just $4.99 for orders under $50. Most orders will ship via USPS.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders will ship out the same or the following business day. Packages will generally take 2-4 days to arrive.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only if you live in New Jersey! If you live in the Garden State, 7% sales tax will be added to your purchase at checkout.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your credit card information is transmitted in an encrypted form via SSL (secure socket layer) to protect your data and provide a secure transaction. You will see the Comodo Secure logo on the bottom of every page on this site which verifies our SSL certification and the checkout pages are secure “https” addresses in your browser.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order! We carefully pack everything for shipping but if your merchandise is damaged in transit, email us within 1 week of receipt (shop@craziestgadgets.com) and you’ll be able to either exchange your item or return it for a full refund.

If you wish to return your items for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days and you may return your items for a refund. Note that items must be in new, original condition for returns and shipping is non-refundable.

International Orders
At this time we do not accept orders from outside the United States. Please sign up for our newsletter and we’ll be sure to let everyone know when we do.

Pricing and Stock Policy
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we do not assume any responsibility for such errors and maintain the right to cancel orders based on those errors. Our web interface works with a real-time inventory system. It should not allow you to order more of an item than we have in stock but if it does, we will contact you for either a refund or you may wait for that item to be restocked.

Out of Stock/Low Stock Items
See something you want but it’s out of stock or there’s not enough for your order? Email us at shop@craziestgadgets.com and we’ll let you know when we’re getting more.

We will occasionally issue coupons (hint: sign up for our newsletter). You can enter your valid coupon code on either the cart or checkout pages.
