Sled riding just got a whole lot more comfortable. The Bean Bag Sled is a whole lot more than just taking a regular bean bag chair out of your dorm room and jumping down a hill on it. This tube shaped sled is designed for a soft ride to save your back from pain. It has an inflatable air bladder surrounded by bean bag filling. The top is made of double stitched PVC coated polyester for durability while the bottom has a double-coated PVC to slide down the hills quickly. To turn, you grab the straps and lean. How pimped is your ride these days? You’re probably not really living large until you travel around in what is billed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Heaviest Limousine (we measure limos by weight now?) at a smidgen over 50,000 pounds. That’s the same as 10-12 superstretch limos. The Midnight Rider is so large it needs to be pulled by a tractor trailer.

It measures 70 feet long, 14 feet high by 8 feet wide. It can hold 40 passengers plus a crew of 5. Inside it’s cavernous luxury body is 3 separate lounges and a full sized bar.

Great for parties. The interior is modeled after a late 1800′s Pullman railroad car…except with TV’s and better booze. It took 7 years to build this bad boy.

I hope this one is from Halloween. Actually scratch that, I hope it’s not.

There’s a (not pictured) restroom twice the size of an airplane bathroom, plus it doesn’t make that weird wooshing sound when you flush. This limo has a 48 foot turning radius and needs a 435 horsepower tractor trailer to pull it’s 22 wheels down the road. Available for hire if you’re in Southern California!

The mountain bike goes electric! The Hanebrink All Terrain Electric Bicycle goes from deserts to snow to pavement to dirt to hills- anywhere. This is a serious and fun bicycle- look at those fat tires. The bike has an integrated lithium-ion battery to give you one hour of assisted pedaling from a 3 hour charge. Let’s see the action video:

The Hanebrink has a 600 watt brushless electric motor driving a 14 speed gear configuration that can be used to tow up to 300 pounds if you need to. On straightaways you can hit 40mph and it gives good torque for assistance climbing grades. Those 20″ diameter by 8″ wide tubeless monococque tires give stability and traction on dirt, sand or snow. The triple clamp fork has 8″ of shock absorption in it’s suspension and it has hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels for quick stopping power. The frame is made of aircraft grade aluminum while the seat post and handlebars are of carbon fiber. All Fortune Hanebrinks are designed by former NASA aerospace engineer and six time Mountain Biking champion Dan Hanebrink and built by hand. They are a bit pricey at $9700 from Hammacher but as a possible all-terrain car alternative it would work well.

Skateboarding is not a crime. But it would be a crime not mention these uber boss light-up LED skateboards. That’s right I said boss. The Clear29 LT longboard LED skateboard is made of a clear polycarbonate and has 9V battery powered LED lights right on the board.

It looks like you’re hovering on a UFO. A UFO that falls over and over again every time the person riding it tries to ollie over a 6 inch curb. But you’ll get it one day soon I’m sure. Till then, keep on shredding. Maybe with this board you can call yourself “Tony Nighthawk” since you can ride at night. At least you’ll have a good name even if you don’t have the skills to pay the bills.

What would happen if you attached a big fan to a Razor scooter? You’d get a sweet FanScooter. That’s exactly what a bunch of MIT students created and documented at e to the…. It’s actually parts from three different scooters and a homemade fan. It took them 5 hours to piece it together. The power comes from lithium phosphate power packs they took out of some power drills. Yeah these guys are having lots of fun. I want to got to MIT now, maybe I could hire someone to do all the work for me and I could just build crazy vehicles all day long. That’s the plan.

Operation Car Has a Giant Working Game of Operation on the Hood

It’s a fully functional giant game of Operation on top of this BMW’s hood. The Operation Car’s “body parts” are held in with velcro which makes it a little tricky to remove the Tobler-bone or the Goldschlager liver. Most of the parts seem to be either candy or booze, which is definitely an incentive to get them out.

The Jager arm doesn’t look too hard.

Skittles heart might be tricky to get out.

Since the hood is metal, it works just like the regular Operation game; touch it with the attached barbecue tongs and the nose lights up and the buzzer sounds (although this one is rigged to sound like a car alarm).

A good strategy is to go for the Jager arm first, then take a little drink to calm the nerves before going for the Twizzler gut. Or just go for the Jager and walk away happy.
