Other designers have created cases for the iPhone that make it look like a real camera but most of those are nothing more than a flat camera image printed on a case. The just announced Snap! case from Bitplay Inc (who you might remember from the Bang Lamp, which was awesome) is the next level of faux camera iPhone cases. This case is a realistic looking three dimensional representation of camera complete with protruding lens and buttons.
Not only does it make your iPhone 4/4S look like a camera but the shutter button on it actually works with the phone’s camera to snap photos. If you’re attending Tokyo Designers Week 2011 this week you can see the protoype. No sale date yet. UPDATE: Now on sale at Gnr8!
