Rob Jan from Radio Station 3RRR 102.7 FM in Melbourne pieced together this quirky Star Trek Enterprise prop from various DJ items he had lying about the station. The Starrrship is made out of a pair of toy microphones, 6 LP vinyl records, 5 vinyl singles, some CDs, a gutted cassette tape and a mock up of a Sennheiser style microphone. Here’s a picture from the underside:
The Enterprise was created from such quaility records as Henry Mancini, Glenn Campbell, and the classic The Marine Band Of The Royal Netherlands Navy. The cassette is Boz Skaggs. Personally I would have sacrificed any one of my Shatner albums
for this project. Heck I’d sacrifice them just cause they deserve it. Nice job.
