Nokia Kinetic Phone Gets a “Phoner” When it Rings

The Nokia Kinetic is an unique cell phone concept. When an incoming call is arriving the phone springs upright into a “phoner” type position. An electromagnet in the curved base shifts causing the phone to rise giving you a visual alert. To ignore a call, just push the phone back down into the blue-ball position flat on the table. To avoid unfortunate misunderstandings, this phone can never be used in your front pants pocket. Is that a phone in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
