Andy Warhol, famed American artist, visionary, filmmaker, inventor of Campbell’s Soup (chunky and homestyle), and wig wearer is now immortalized in the form of a sofa. This furniture homage to Andy Warhol (fun fact- born as Andrew Warhola), was designed by Gert Verhoeven and entitled the Andy sofa.
The sofa is designed to look like a wig stand that is enlarged to sofa size. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending upon your perspective, this sofa doesn’t use actual hair but instead it’s made of sheepskin in two colors to represent Warhol’s iconic two-toned wig. I’m not sure exactly what you’d use the two smaller side parts for, maybe to hold a pair of small dogs or munchkin manservants?
