The X-Zylo Flying Gyroscope Toy is an amazingly engineered outdoor toy that can fly a distance of up to 600 feet in a single throw. It comes in two styles as shown above- the longer tailed Air Rider which is easier to throw but can “only” go 150 feet or the cool X-Zylo Ultra which flies much further.
The Air Rider can be thrown in any manner- grab the ripstop nylon tail and chuck it, tomahawk style, under the leg, over the shoulder, any way you can throw it, it will fly. The Ultra has to be thrown sidearm so it takes a little practice but once you get it down it can really soar- more than two football fields in the air. They’re made of a lightweight plastic that’s designed to fly- you’ve gotta see the video below- these things really go go go:
