Got a Spare 400 Hours? Make Your Kid a Tri-Level Star Wars Imperial Walker Bed

Move over bacon, now there’s something leaner. Perhaps you remember the Imperial Walker loft bed some awesome dad built for his kid last year? Well don’t expect him to win Dad of the Year two years in a row cause there’s a new sheriff in town and he built his kid a THREE LEVEL Imperial Walker bunk bed. Uh huh.

This AT-AT, or should I say AT-AT-AT, is a triple bunk bed. It took the enterprising father (Jonathan) about 400 hours to complete. Even the inside of this bed is cool:

So if you have a house with 10 foot ceilings, kids that love Star Wars, the need for extra bedding, and a spare 400 hours that you could spend building stuff instead of playing with your kids (just kidding Jonathan, will you temporarily adopt my kids for 400 hours while I babysit them and you build? Kthx), then go build your own AT-AT Imperial Walker bed. Cause Dad of the Year 2010 is clearly taken but it’s up for grabs for 2011. Go for it!
