Let’s give this microphone stand a hand because it’s so handy. This stainless steel Terminator-like mike stand was created by Chris Conte for a Adam Gontier, singer in a band called Three Days Grace. I don’t know what type of music they play (and surely you can’t expect me to Google it, right?) but with a microphone stand like this, I’m going to assume it’s not a barbershop quartet or mellow adult contemporary.
The mic stand took over 3 months to fabricate since the model it was based on was a right hand and the band wanted a left arm (picky, picky, picky). Very cool stuff. Let’s just make sure to melt this down when we’re all done so that Skynet doesn’t start taking over again. Ok, thx.
