Giant Yoda Made of Butter

When you think butter, you naturally think of Yoda. I know I do. Maybe not, but butter artists (really! do you have to go to butter art school for this?) Olenka Kleban and Tim Manalo have created the Jedi master out of Paula Dean’s favorite dairy product (if you want a great money making business idea, open up a butter stand at the foot of her driveway, you’ll be raking in the dough). This larger than life size sculpture took the two artists over a week to carve. They discovered that butter is easy to carve but also melts easily. I discovered that the Force goes great on some Italian bread.
