The Nose Flute is sort of like a nasal kazoo. It’s actually an ancient instrument, used in many different cultures (although, unscientifically, it appears that what’s being sold today as a nose flute is actually a nose whistle) and yes you play it by blowing air out of your nostrils. Make sure to wipe it down before using it. Looks like it would be great fun for parties or kids (or kid’s parties, kids at parties or party kids, whatever). Or it could be terribly annoying.
