The Dwarf 360° Omni-Directional USB Powered Vibrating Speaker is an interesting computer speaker design in a drum shape that the manufacturer claims is a “tumbler design based on cutting edge technology developed for the USA Navy to use in their radar systems”. No elaboration given on that statement, so yeah whatever that means, cool.

The speaker is made such that the sound travels in a 360 degree radius around the speaker and is therefore omni-directional. The speaker vibrates, using whatever object it is placed on to amplify the sound. Ideal for conference rooms and other situations where the people listening will be spread in a circle around the speaker.
