The Ultimate Remote Tether

Posted by: Jeff In: Crafts and Mods

remote anvil
Some crafty dude (and you KNOW it’s a dude) came up with this ain’t pretty but it works solution to the runaway remote control. He simply attached it to a massive anvil like that bathroom key attached to a brick you get from the gas station.

Well that’s certainly one way to not lose the remote. I assume it’s meant to keep the remote in place and not to be picked up and used as a weapon against anyone who dares touch the remote. Either way it’s got that lovely gas station bathroom vibe that’s just so hard to replicate at home. Job well done, remote keeping dude. Job well done. Enjoy your remote. You deserve it.

It’s a piece of railway track, not an anvil.
