Vase Knocking Clock

Here’s a neat clock design calle the Sèvres Vase Clock by Georgios Maridakis. The clock actually uses your own vase. Once an hour the knocking mechanism knocks into your vase which will make a different type of sound depending upon the size and shape of your vase and the amount of water inside. I’m guessing the water keeps this thing from destroying your rare pottery.
