It’s a refillable butane lighter in the shape and form of a cigarette. Besides the obvious wow factor that will impress all the fine ladies when you whip this thing out (assuming your smoking doesn’t repel them), this lighter has a clear advantage over a normal sized lighter- it can easily slip into your pack of cigarettes.
