Blinking Light Up LED Headphones

Listening to music with headphones is usually a solo experience. You typically just want to hear the music and not draw massive amounts of attention to yourself while doing so. That’s why headphones are usually very plain, understated and utilitarian, perhaps with a slight hint of style. But blinking flashing LED lights that respond to the music being played? That’s a little much. How ridiculous would that look? About this much:

So maybe the target market is teenage girls, which is why I’m not understanding why this product exists. It certainly is one of the most unusual earbud headphone sets we’ve seen. And definitely the most entertaining headphones. It’s like a lightshow coming from your ears. But do you really want entertainment from your earbuds? I guess somebody does.
