Here’s another great geek clothing craft project from the Domestic Scientist, it’s a Guitar Hero Scarf. It’s still a work in progress, and the Scientist hasn’t quite figured out which song to use as a guide for “note” placement on the scarf, but it’s pretty easy to get a sense of what it’s going to look like. It’s hand crocheted, and apparently it shrunk slightly which makes it look more like a medium level of gameplay difficulty rather than hard (level of crocheting still looks hard to me though!). I’m actually somewhat surprised that they don’t sell something like this at your local geek clothing or novelty store. Cool scarf.

[...] While I fully expect to see these up on Etsy someday, it won’t quite be today. One of those crazy knitting people has decided that they would fuse their love of video games and knitting to create The Guitar Hero Scarf. There are a ton of crafty projects like this out there that I occasionally want to see if Rose will make for me (you know.. being a woman she clearly knits and all.. entertainingly enough she does so she can’t actually slap me for that one) and always realize that the majority of the video game knitted things I actually wouldn’t wear. Cool nonetheless though! Currently being made by The Domestic Scientist [via: Craziest Gadgets] [...]
