Designer Stefan Lehner has come up with a solution for those who love the cozy look of a bearskin rug but aren’t into the whole bear killing thing. He’s simply cut up a standard oriental style rug into the bearskin shape.
These $500 rugs are definitely something you or I could do with a tape measure and a ruler (and a rug!) but you just know if you tried to do it you would keep cutting one side and then the next in an effort to make it even that eventually you would have cut your big 5×8 rug into a tiny doormat (but at least it would be even).
