It seems these days we have more and more electronic gadgets and devices that we carry around with us at all times, especially in the car. The adapter, as the name implies, fits snugly in your cupholder and plugs in to your car’s power adapter (do they still call it the cigarette lighter socket?), 12 volt DC. You can then plug in and power up two 12 volt DC items plus two USB items. So you can be powering up 4 things at once, which should be more than enough for any traveler. Of course you could always plug in a USB hub if you really really need to power up more things. But seriously, if you need to juice up more than four gadgets at once while in the car you might have a problem- try to keep your eyes on the road.
