This is DIY Atari 2600 Joystick Lamp is an Instructables project that needs to be put into production sometime yesterday. WANT! The joystick is made of many layers of carefully shaped and jigged wood, sandpapered, primed and spray painted. The user made the lampshade out of printed out pictures of old Atari game boxes on a regular lampshade. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that the button is used to turn the Atari light on and off but still…totally awesome… if they sold this in stores, I would definitely buy a pair (and then be prompted kicked out of the house by the wife, but it would totally be worth it).
