The forthcoming Energizer Solar Charger does it all in a small package. It can recharge a pair of AA or AAA batteries in one of two ways- via the tiny pop out solar panels or you can plug it into a standard AC outlet. Not only will this gadget charge batteries, it can also charge any portable devices you have via USB cable. It’s weatherproof and will retail for $50 including two batteries when it becomes available next summer.
