Google Street View After Dark

I just came across this, thought I’d share…..Perhaps Manhattan’s notorious traffic got to Google before they could finish photographing this street during daylight hours? New York City’s Broadway between State St. and Chambers St. might be the only Google Street View Map with a night time view (it’s certainly the only place I’ve seen like this):

Curiously it’s just these few blocks. It sort of defeats the purpose of Street View if all you can see is the glare of lights and grainy buildings. And does the Street View driver get overtime for driving at night? Or fired?
