LaCie has just announced a new mobile hard drive called CurrenKey that look like coins (currency- currenkey.. get it?!). Available with a bronze (4GB) or silver (8GB) shock-proof, die cast metal finish. The USB connector is revealed with a twist of the coin. Prices start at $24.99 and they should be available in stores any day now. Just don’t get these confused with real coins and try to buy something with them or toss them in your piggy bank or in a fountain!
