Jewelry Made from JPGs of Other Jewelry

stolen image jewelry 450x313 Jewelry Made from JPGs of Other Jewelry
Stolen Jewels is a jewelry design by mike and maaike where the images used to make the jewelry come from jpgs of other more expensive and famous jewelry. The designers used Google Image Search to find pricey and famous jewelry (such as Imelda Marcos’ ruby necklace and the Hope diamond) and then downgraded the images to a low resolution version. Using this low res image as a template, they then printed and scored it onto leather to create an entirely new looking design. Available for sale at Gnr8 with no price listed, but you can be sure they cost quite a bit less than the jewelry they’re modeled after!
