The AbSolo makes ab workouts look fun. Get that six pack look while throwing around a basketball. This looks like a fun piece of training exercise equipment to liven up your ab workouts. Although if it was me, I’d just move the seat a little closer so I could grab and throw the ball without having to do any work. And that’s why instead of a six-pack stomach, I have a keg.
