Green power is the future and wind power is totally sustainable.. after all the wind doesn’t suck, it blows. With the Mini Kin charger you can power up your iPod or other electronic device using just wind power. Just like they used to do out on the frontier in the Wild West. Lets face it, you’re not always going to be out in the sun, so you can’t always count on your solar charger. A wind charger is a pretty good backup but it can be unwieldy to try to carry around a 50 foot wind turbine everywhere you go just so you can listen to the latest Clay Aiken song. Rainy days and Mondays always get me down, but not when I’m charging up my iPod with the wind. The Mini Kin looks great, but it’s nearly $60 (when it becomes available at IWOOT in the near future), which is kind of a lot for a portable charger, green power or no green power.
