It’s the Windows Window! These conceptual window coverings are designed to make your real windows look like that quality operating system known as Windows 3.1. Check out the user in the second picture closing the Blue Screen of Death window shade via the scroll bar! Frankly the whole concept is actually a bit scary to me.
