Here’s an interesting bathroom concept- the sink without a drain. The design is supposed to make you consciously think about your water usage. To drain the water out, you tilt the whole basin over on a hinge as if it were a dumptruck. Seems like a pain in the ass to have to do each time you use the sink, but if you’re the type of person who continually drops things into the sink like rings and jewelry, then this could be a huge plus for you.

I could see these gadgets being used in areas where water conservation is a must (deserts, low rainfall, no natural water wells, etc.)
