Take a gander at this old school dial telephone (remember those?!) watch. Ahh the memories. You’re probably asking yourself, how is this a watch? There’s no numbers, no hands, no screen. That would make it just a bracelet. But the secret to the Zihotch Retro Phone Watch is the little man on the inside of the watch. Just dial 117 and a voice will speak the time to you. The voice of a very small timekeeping man (or possibly woman).
Why must you dial 117? DON’T QUESTION THE LITTLE MAN! Just dial 117. What happens if you dial the wrong number? Besides turning your watch into just a bracelet? A voice comes on and says “We are sorry, the number you have dialed is not in service. Please check and call again.” Well at least it’s polite. There’s also a way to set the watch for a personal wake up call every morning! This watch is from Japan, in case you hadn’t guessed that.

I like the design, but would have liked to have a watch face incorporated with the center speaker. After all, a watch without a timepiece is ….. not a watch.
You just can’t go wrong with retro gadgets…
This is the only way Grannys will convert to new technology.
Nice watch. I really would like a real phone watch like this http://gadgetxs.com/2009/10/w-phonewatch/ does anybody know where I can buy one?
