Wow! There has to be some point at which your geekery has gone too far, perhaps it’s taken over your entire life. I think the Super Mario Wedding Cake is an indicator that you’ve hit that point.
Yes I won’t deny that it is an impressive piece of confectionery artistry, but seriously a wedding cake? I could see if it was for some contest like the Ace of Cakes people create (wooah don’t drop the cake as we move it from one table to another- the drama, the fear, the excitement- woah) but this was created for someone’s actual wedding. A real person. So to the cake maker I say bravo but the bride and groom I say WTF people?

I myself am a Mario Bros. fan…..but this is an AWESOME cake. You can just see the detail that you made and it’s amazing to have steady hands and the time it took to probably make it….it really is amazing!
