To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lego, workers at the LegoLand Amusement Park in Windsor, UK have constructed the world’s tallest tower of lego. The structure stands nearly 100 feet tall is made up of some half million Lego bricks. The tower took 4 days to build and is held in place by guywires to keep from swaying and toppling over. The world record has not yet been confirmed by Guiness but it will break the old record, set in Toronto last year by 4 feet.
